Methodology used to draw up the list of endangered plants
After the launch of Guinea's BID projects, the actors involved in the subregional project entitled: “Capacity building and data mobilization on biodiversity for conservation, sustainable use and decision-making in Africa and Madagascar” were asked to provide the list of five to ten families of endangered and exotic invasive plants in the country, following the request of the coordinator of the consortium formed by the eight African countries. The main Guinean actors in this regional project, as a reminder, are: the national herbarium of Guinea, the herbarium of Séredou and the Ministry of the Environment.
