The migratory species listed in this Appendix are designated:

a) by the name of the species or subspecies; or

b) by all migratory species belonging to a higher taxon or to a designated part of said taxon.

Unless otherwise specified, when reference is made to a taxon greater than the species, it is understood that

all migratory species belonging to said taxon are likely to benefit in a way

significant in the conclusion of AGREEMENTS.
