The Regional Watershed Management Programme (PRABV) 2nd phase constitutes the natural and relevant extension of its first phase, on the one hand by taking into account and disseminating the achievements, on the other hand in drawing on the capacities already created by the Programme's action, in particular at the decentralized levels of the Guinean State; and finally by the accession of the Programme to an operational and efficient Regional dimension with a clear strengthening of actions in countries in the Region.
