The Republic of Guinea, as a Least Developed Country (LDC), received financial assistance from UNDP/GEF for the development of its National Adaptation Action Plan (PANA) in accordance with Decision 28/COP.7 of the Conference of the Parties at its ^7th Session in November 2001 on the development of National Action Programmes for Adaptation to Climate Change (PANA).
