Through this National Agricultural Development Policy, which integrates the Poverty Reduction Strategy, the NEPAD Detailed Programme for the Development of African Agriculture and the Millennium Development Goals, Guinea is resolutely looking to the future to ensure food security and to substantially raise the incomes of the population, both nationally and within the framework of regional integration.
