This biannual activity report is the second journey document prepared by the Management of the Sangareya Bay Mangrove Management Pilot Project. It covers the period from November 1, 1992 to April 30, 1993.

The description of the activities carried out during the semester is based on the program of activities of the Project covering the period from May 1992 to October 1993.

This report is divided into 6 sections. The first part describes the highlights that marked the past period. A second summarizes the various problems encountered during the evolution of the Project and for which solutions have been provided. A third addresses problems that are not directly the responsibility of the Project Management in Dubréka and for which we propose solutions. A fourth part deals with the evolution of activities and analyzes the differences between actions whose progress does not respect the pre-established programming. A fifth shows the program for the next semester. Finally, the last part provides a brief description of the activities carried out during the past semester.
