The National Focal Point of the Information Exchange Center (in English Clearing-House Mechanism (CHM)) is organizing a consultation meeting on the publication of information on biodiversity in the meeting room of the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Forests at the CNLS building at the CNLS building on Friday 20 August 2021 from 09:30am.

The session focuses on the website of the Clearing House Mechanism of the Republic of Guinea, created since 2006 using the PTK software (Portal Tool Kit), which is currently in the process of being transferred to a new site called Bioland. Bioland is a new tool for creating a website and managing content within the reach of anyone with a minimum of computer knowledge who wants to publish information on the Internet.

Services have been identified as potential providers of data and information on biodiversity in Guinea by the PFN CHM; in the hope that their contributions will be very important for access to information on Guinean biodiversity.
