The terms of reference of this work place it within the framework of a formulation process that aims to identify and prioritize strategic programming areas for the future of the Regional Programme for the Conservation of the Coastal and Marine Zone in West Africa (PRCM). These axes must be developed on the basis of discussions around national diagnoses. The expected result is a diagnosis that will allow the establishment of national priorities in the perspective of the future PRCM.
