This module explains how to develop or update a National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) — it is the main instrument implementing the Convention at the national level. Most users of this module come from countries that have already developed an NBSAP (or equivalent instrument), but that need to review or update their NBSAP soon.
