This quarterly activity report is the second progress document produced by the Management of the Sangareya Bay Mangrove Management Pilot Project since the effective start of the second phase of the project on 1 May 1994. It covers the period from 1 August to 31 October 1994.

This report is subdivided into 4 sections. A first part summarizes the highlights that marked the past period, it also relates the main problems encountered during the evolution of the Project to which it combines the solutions provided. A second part deals with the evolution of activities and analyzes the differences in actions whose progress does not respect the quarter's programming. The third part sets out the program of activities for the coming quarter. Finally, the last section provides a brief description of the activities carried out during the past quarter. This last section, with regard to land developments, is based faithfully on the program contained in the 94-95 Action Plan.
