Since the establishment of the Programme Projects, the multiplication and dissemination of plant material have been activities carried out in the field, in close consultation with the populations, according to the village self-analysis approach and with the use of the method of visualizing soils.

These two complementary activities fit into the logical framework as one of the main links in the objective of improving plant cover alongside the links “defense”, “fire control”, “defense and restoration of soils”, “defense and restoration of soils”, “environmental education”.
