This book is intended for Forest Sections and other organizations/structures in the sector
responsible for piloting wildlife survey operations operating in Guinea and elsewhere.
It describes the steps taken to develop the approach to lead to the development of a community survey
method for the recognition of wildlife and provides the results of the two surveys
carried out in the classified forests of Darou-Salam (S/Prefecture of Téguéreya) and Pinselly (S/Prefecture of Téguéreya) and
Pinselly (S/Prefecture of Ouré-Kaba) in Mamou prefecture.
